I found this yesterday evening at around 6.40pm. It was hiding on a corner on the wobbly bridge, south side. Loving the critique of mass production. I did a project where I photographed litter in street and then printed them as postcards and put a stamp and self-addressed them and then littered the postcards in the street. Those which people found and posted back arrived back having become litter themselves. See the work here: http://www.dewachi.com/litter
